Kech Boutique Hotel & Spa Marrakesh, Marrakesh

My experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The first room we were given was not only poorly maintained but also had a terrible smell reminiscent of sewage, which was unbearable. On top of that, the service was lacking, with staff who were unhelpful and rude. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a stressful situation. I would not recommend this place, especially given the issues we encountered.

The hotel provided a beautiful and relaxing experience, with spacious and clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast spread. However, the smell in some areas of the hotel was quite off-putting, and the pool was uncomfortably cold for swimming. Despite being a bit far from the center of town, the location offered a quieter atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, plus the friendly staff made a big difference. However, there was an unpleasant sewage smell at times, which detracted from the overall experience. The dining options were decent but could use improvements. Overall, it's a good place to consider but with some drawbacks.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and local markets, which made it easy for me to explore. The staff were incredibly helpful, and I really enjoyed the hammam and spa facilities. However, my night’s sleep was disrupted by mosquitoes, and the air conditioning left much to be desired. Additionally, the pool had restrictions on swimwear that could be a turn-off for some guests.

Overall, the hotel offers a luxurious experience with spacious and clean rooms, and the staff was generally friendly and helpful. However, some amenities, like the pool temperature and dining options, fell short of expectations. The location is quite convenient for access to attractions but might require budgeting for taxi rides.
